🔑 AI Transcription — API Key Setup

The AI transcription feature uses Anthropic's Claude API. Follow these steps to get your key.

Step 1 — Create an Anthropic account

Go to console.anthropic.com and sign up for a free account. No credit card required to start — Anthropic provides free credits for new accounts.

Step 2 — Generate your API key

Once logged in:
1. Click Settings in the left sidebar
2. Click API Keys
3. Click Create Key
4. Give it a name (e.g. "MRP Rounding")
5. Copy the key — it starts with sk-ant-
⚠️ Save it immediately — Anthropic only shows it once.

Step 3 — Enter it in MRP Rounds

1. Click the ⚙️ API Settings button in the left sidebar
2. Paste your key into the field
3. Click Save Key

📊 CDM Compliance

Tracks CDM and Routine Chronic Management visits from 2/1/2026 onward (not Medication Management). Each visit is logged on Save & Clear. Next CDM due = last CDM + 60 days. Use Log CDM date to add a missing CDM or one logged under another name.

Scheduling rules (reference): Initial visit → New Admission Friday (Medical Director). New patients → F/U to New Admission each Monday × 4 weeks. After last F/U Monday → schedule CDM. Every active patient needs CDM every 60 days regardless of other visits. Auto-schedule for CDM is not enabled yet — use this panel to review gaps first.
Reminders: Check this panel weekly; filter Overdue and Due soon; optional Patient Notes/Reminders for high-risk names; calendar booking after list is validated.
